Classification
Legal Skyes committee members are independent contractor Account Executives. They are not employees, partners, law-firm partners, company officers, neutral court arbitrators, or company counsel unless a separate signed agreement and applicable licensing authorize that status.
Scope limits
Legal Skyes AEs may organize facts, evidence, timelines, support history, checkout receipts, refund-cap worksheets, internal recommendation packets, and owner-review materials. They may not provide legal advice, interpret a party's legal rights, represent any party, threaten legal action, draft individualized legal strategy, or present themselves as attorneys, arbitrators, mediators, or legal document preparers unless properly licensed or certified and separately authorized.
Pay structure
- Weekly committee retainer: one guaranteed hour at $31/hour.
- On-call case work: $31/hour for approved assigned case hours.
- KPI stipend: $50 every two months when the published KPI window is met.
- Payout hold: no external payout release before contractor packet, payout profile, work proof, conflict record, verified legal certification or licensure, and owner/admin approval.
Requirements
Committee AEs must complete contractor paperwork, tax/payment profile, confidentiality acknowledgement, conflict disclosure for every case, verified legal certification or licensure review before case assignment, training acknowledgement, no-unauthorized-practice acknowledgement, and recordkeeping requirements. Owner approval cannot substitute for verified legal certification or licensure in this Legal Skyes committee role.
