Company facilities that support engineering, server, database, AI, infrastructure, NOC, or executive operations are private appointment-only locations. Entry is limited to authorized personnel and approved visitors. Signed leases, addenda, NDAs, security exhibits, vendor agreements, employment agreements, and site notices may impose stricter rules.
Entry rules
- No landlord, property manager, maintenance worker, cleaner, vendor, inspector, broker, lender, prospective buyer, or third party is allowed free-reign access to the suite.
- Authorized engineers and operators may require 24/7 access for uptime, incident response, deployment, database administration, and AI systems operations.
- Standard entry requires written notice, company approval, sign-in/sign-out, a defined work purpose, approved areas, and company escort unless an executive-approved exception applies.
- Emergency entry is limited to life-safety, active fire/smoke, flood, leak, structural danger, urgent utility hazard, law enforcement, lawful government access, or similar urgent conditions.
- No entrant may touch, move, unplug, open, photograph, record, inspect, inventory, or access company technology unless the company authorizes that activity in writing.
Cameras and monitoring
The company may use visible video monitoring at suite entries, server-room or data-room doors, equipment areas, storage areas, and operational corridors for security, access control, incident investigation, asset protection, and legal preservation.
- Audio recording is disabled by default unless separately approved by counsel and posted/consented where required.
- Cameras are not placed in restrooms, locker rooms, changing areas, wellness/private rooms, or other legally sensitive private areas.
- Footage access is restricted to approved security, legal, executive, operations, and incident-response personnel.

Lease rider requirement
For critical offices and server/data suites, the company seeks a signed critical-infrastructure lease addendum or security exhibit before moving sensitive technology into the premises. The rider should address appointment-only access, 24/7 company access, landlord entry limits, emergency-entry reports, cameras, locks, badges, confidentiality, utility notices, incident cooperation, and order of precedence over conflicting lease language.
