Current valuation bands
The current Codex full-repo engineering valuation treats MetrAIyux 0S as a multi-SaaS operating system, not as a single app. The current published bands are:
| Band | Current range | Meaning |
|---|---|---|
| Repo-as-built engineering replacement value | $13.5M-$24M | Estimated cost to rebuild the live code, architecture, mounted platforms, proof harnesses, route maps, auth, deploy, payment, email, vault, docs, and generated surfaces to a comparable state. |
| Multi-SaaS platform portfolio value | $20M-$38M | Value of multiple sellable SaaS lanes under one shared 0S gate, Worker, proof, billing, deploy, and operator layer before ARR multiples become the main method. |
| Strategic integrated-OS acquisition ceiling | $38M-$68M | Strategic ceiling for a buyer that specifically wants the whole integrated route/auth/proof/deploy/payment/email/vault/MCP operating-system family. |
The valuation is not an ARR-multiple valuation and does not claim booked ARR, retention, churn, CAC, or paid customer concentration unless separate customer proof is produced.
Proof basis
The source valuation pass was based on repo inventory, route inventory, proof receipts, smoke/stress/e2e command results, Worker configuration, and platform evidence. Key proof markers included 102,469 workspace files scanned outside major caches, 91,854 tracked repo files, 11,087,013 tracked text lines, 23,282 local HTML pages crawled, 2,617 regenerated SkyWay route entries, 173 root npm scripts, and a large JSON proof corpus under test artifacts.
Primary internal evidence paths include metraiyux_0s_site/data/valuation-source-of-truth.json, test-artifacts/codex-valuation-audit/full-repo-inventory.json, test-artifacts/codex-valuation-audit/proof-receipt-index.json, test-artifacts/codex-valuation-audit/command-runs.json, test-artifacts/codex-valuation-audit/skye-crawler-static-report.json, test-artifacts/codex-valuation-audit/skyeway-route-atlas.json, metraiyux_0s_site/wrangler.toml, and metraiyux_0s_site/cloudflare/worker.js.
Live stress and documentation posture
The 0S is not being opened as SaaS on vibes alone. The system is stressed, smoke-tested, route-mapped, and documented before broader SaaS release. The proof story includes SkyeMusicNexus workflow stress, SkyeRouteX runtime/smoke/stress/e2e passes, SkyeNet deployment/function proof, Free99 mounted-app proof, SkyeMerit math proof, Marketing Made Easy smoke, static crawling, and route-atlas regeneration.
Those receipts do not mean nothing can break. They mean the platform has a documented operating record, a repeatable proof discipline, and a visible maintenance trail for issues found during testing.
No 100% success guarantee
Skyes Over London LC cannot guarantee 100% success for every result, automation, launch, customer workflow, AI output, payment route, provider connection, deploy, proof run, or business outcome. Nobody honestly could for a system this layered. The 0S has millions of moving parts, several layers of intelligence, several layers inside the 0S itself, and the FS27/SkyGate/Free99 gate that controls the lane before customer surfaces open.
Proof artifacts, valuation ranges, smoke tests, stress tests, live routes, screenshots, logs, and deployment receipts are operational evidence. They are not guarantees of legal compliance, investment outcome, approval by third parties, uninterrupted service, revenue, rankings, deliverability, platform acceptance, customer conversion, or perfect model output.
Before SaaS opening
Before SaaS lanes are opened broadly, the company posture is to keep proof, support, billing acceptance, dispute handling, and documentation aligned. Customers should inspect the feature atlas, terms, payment/refund policy, dispute process, privacy policy, and product-specific terms before entering a paid transaction.
By entering a transaction through Skyes Over London LC, Skyes Over London, SOLEnterprises, MetrAIyux 0S, SkyePay, Media Over London, SkyeMusicNexus, SovereignDocs, SkyeRouteX, or related affiliated product lanes, the customer accepts the posted terms and the dispute-resolution policy linked at checkout, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
