Payment obligation
Fees are due according to the checkout, invoice, order form, subscription plan, statement of work, or signed agreement. Access, delivery, setup, licensing, and implementation may be conditioned on payment.
No-refund baseline
Unless a signed agreement or required law says otherwise, payments for setup, implementation, custom work, digital delivery, consulting, audits, AI credits, telecom usage, design work, deployment, and completed services are non-refundable.
Subscriptions
Subscriptions renew until cancelled. Cancellation stops future renewal but does not automatically refund past charges, current billing periods, used credits, telecom fees, AI usage, or completed work.
Usage fees
Usage-based charges may include AI tokens, calls, texts, email volume, storage, bandwidth, compute, provider fees, verification, data processing, logs, route data, or overages. Usage fees are generally non-refundable once incurred.
Chargebacks
Unauthorized chargebacks, payment reversals, or payment disputes may result in suspension, collections, loss of access, recovery fees, legal fees, and termination. Contact support before initiating a chargeback.
Taxes
Customer is responsible for taxes, duties, levies, and government charges except taxes based on our net income.
Late payment
Late amounts may result in suspension, interest where allowed, collections, and recovery of reasonable costs of collection, including attorney fees where permitted.
