Company IP
All Company names, logos, product names, designs, software, source code, prompts, frameworks, engines, methods, workflows, documentation, templates, visuals, interfaces, and trade dress remain Company or licensor property unless expressly transferred in writing.
User IP
Users retain ownership of their eligible content but grant us the licenses needed to operate, display, distribute, process, and support the services.
Copyright complaints
Copyright owners may send notices of claimed infringement to legal-skyes@solenterprises.org. Notices should identify the copyrighted work, the allegedly infringing material, contact information, a good-faith statement, an accuracy statement under penalty of perjury, and a physical or electronic signature.
Counter-notices
A user whose content was removed may submit a counter-notice with identification of removed material, a statement under penalty of perjury that removal was mistaken or misidentified, consent to jurisdiction where required, contact information, and signature.
Repeat infringers
We may terminate or restrict users who repeatedly infringe intellectual property rights or submit abusive notices.
Trademark and publicity rights
Trademark, brand, impersonation, and likeness complaints may be sent to the contact email with evidence of rights and the specific complained-of material.
DMCA agent action item
If the Company hosts user-generated content at scale and seeks DMCA safe-harbor treatment, it should designate a DMCA agent with the U.S. Copyright Office and publish the agent information.
