These AI Product Terms apply to kAIxU, VANTA13, VantaCore, SkyeHands, AE brains, autonomous operators, model routers, agent workflows, generated content, code assistance, analysis, automation, and any AI-enabled service.
No professional advice
AI outputs are informational and operational aids. They are not legal, financial, medical, tax, safety, employment, engineering, or professional advice unless a signed agreement specifically says otherwise and a qualified professional reviews the result.
Human review required
You must review AI outputs before relying on them, publishing them, sending them to customers, deploying code, making business decisions, processing regulated data, rejecting applicants, issuing credit, providing healthcare guidance, or taking materially consequential action.
No guaranteed accuracy
AI systems can produce inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, biased, offensive, or unsafe outputs. You are responsible for evaluating suitability, legality, accuracy, and compliance before use.
Autonomous agent limits
Autonomous workflows may take actions based on configured instructions, permissions, connected accounts, and available data. You are responsible for scope, credentials, spending limits, approval gates, audit logs, rollback plans, and human override.
High-risk and regulated uses
You may not use AI services for high-risk legal, medical, hiring, credit, insurance, biometric, law enforcement, education, housing, safety-critical, or regulated decisions unless authorized by a signed agreement with required compliance controls.
AI-generated content
AI-generated text, media, code, images, audio, and strategy may require disclosure, review, labeling, permissions, licenses, or human editing before publication. You are responsible for claims, endorsements, IP clearance, and consumer-facing accuracy.
No model identity guarantees
Client-facing AI surfaces may use branded operator names such as kAIxU or VANTA13 while underlying infrastructure may route among model providers, tools, and internal systems. Provider routing may change for performance, availability, compliance, or cost.
Customer data
You retain rights to your inputs and outputs subject to these terms, third-party provider terms, and applicable law. We may process inputs, outputs, logs, and telemetry to provide, secure, debug, improve, and audit services as permitted by the applicable agreement.
