Consent-based messaging
We send SMS, MMS, voice, email, chat, and app communications for customer care, appointment coordination, account notifications, support, service updates, missed-call follow-up, transactional notifications, and opted-in marketing where permitted.
SMS opt-in
Users may opt in by submitting a form with consent language, texting our number, calling and requesting follow-up, booking service, signing an agreement, checking an opt-in box, or otherwise requesting communication. Consent is not a condition of purchase unless the communication is necessary to provide the requested service.
Message terms
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP, CANCEL, END, QUIT, UNSUBSCRIBE, OPT-OUT, or other clear opt-out language to revoke consent. Reply HELP for help. We honor reasonable opt-out requests and suppress future messaging as required by law.
No purchased lists
We do not use purchased, rented, scraped, or third-party lists for SMS campaigns. Customers using our communication tools must maintain proof of consent and are responsible for their own campaign compliance.
Call recording
Calls may be recorded, transcribed, analyzed, or monitored for quality, training, security, compliance, and service delivery where allowed. Users should stop the call if they do not consent to recording where consent is required.
Email marketing
Commercial email must use accurate sender information, non-deceptive subject lines, proper identification where required, a valid unsubscribe mechanism, and the Company’s approved business mailing address where required by law.
Carrier and provider rules
Use of telecom features is subject to carrier, provider, toll-free verification, 10DLC, messaging policy, spam-prevention, and deliverability rules. We may block, throttle, suspend, or terminate messaging that creates compliance risk.
Customer platform responsibility
Customers using VantaCore, VANTA13, kAIxU, AE, or related communication tools are responsible for consents, message content, contact lists, opt-out handling, call recording notices, regulated industry compliance, and claims made in communications.
