Who this covers
This notice covers Skyes Over London LC, SOLEnterprises, Legal Skyes, MetrAIyux 0S, Free99 platform access, SkyePay, RouteX-style operations, NorthStar SignIn Pro, and related customer, contractor, operator, developer, and business-contact workflows.
SMS message types
We may use Twilio or another approved messaging provider to send appointment confirmations, missed-call follow-ups, service updates, lead-response messages, customer support replies, account notifications, help requests, onboarding reminders, dispatch updates, proof requests, approval notices, billing-status notices, and operational support messages.
Message frequency varies based on your request, workspace, plan, route, support thread, or active service. Message and data rates may apply.
How opt-in works
You may opt in by texting us, calling and requesting follow-up, submitting a contact or signup form with consent language, booking service, opening a support request, agreeing to platform terms during signup, or giving direct permission for SMS follow-up. Consent is not a condition of purchase unless SMS is necessary for the requested service workflow.
When a user submits a 0S signup or onboarding form, the signup flow points to this page, the Terms, and the Privacy Policy. The 0S record can store that the user acknowledged the legal terms and SMS/data notice at signup time.
What the 0S collects
Depending on the surface you use, MetrAIyux 0S may collect or store name, email, phone number, company name, workspace slug, role, plan selection, signup intent, onboarding answers, business workflows, approval email, risk boundaries, company profile details, selected services, customer commands, billing intent metadata, SkyePay/Stripe checkout status, Free99 gate session state, owner/admin session state, audit events, usage lane, app ID, AI/model usage metering, provider-action receipts, route/dispatch records, proof uploads, screenshots or files you submit, support messages, opt-in/opt-out state, and technical metadata needed to secure and operate the system.
External provider events can include payment status from Stripe, message status from Twilio, email delivery status, Cloudflare Worker/D1/R2 logs, map or route provider status, AI provider usage receipts, and background/compliance provider status when those services are enabled. We do not sell SMS contact lists, and we do not use purchased phone lists for SMS.
Gate and signin links
Free99 and paid platform access are protected by the shared FS27/SkyGate/0S gate. App-specific passwords should not be used for mounted 0S apps unless a customer workspace explicitly requires its own tenant account after gate access.
Choices and opt-out
Reply STOP, CANCEL, END, QUIT, UNSUBSCRIBE, OPT-OUT, or a similar clear opt-out request to stop SMS messages where supported. Reply HELP for help. You can also contact grayskyes@solenterprises.org for legal, privacy, support, or opt-out help.
Opting out of SMS may limit route dispatch, appointment coordination, account alerts, or support workflows that depend on phone delivery. Email, app, or dashboard notifications may still be used where allowed and necessary.
