Program scope
Affiliate, referral, partner, contractor, creator, reseller, or revenue-share programs must be accepted by us in writing or through an approved platform workflow.
Disclosure
Participants must clearly disclose material connections, paid relationships, affiliate links, sponsorships, referral compensation, free products, or incentives in marketing and endorsements.
No deceptive claims
Participants may not make false, misleading, unsubstantiated, income-guarantee, performance-guarantee, legal, medical, financial, or product claims.
Payout eligibility
Payouts require valid tracking, qualified revenue, no refund, no chargeback, no fraud, no self-referral abuse, account verification, tax information, and compliance with program rules.
Clawbacks
We may reverse, offset, hold, or claw back payouts for refunds, chargebacks, fraud, policy violations, cancelled accounts, duplicate referrals, or invalid traffic.
No agency
Participants are independent contractors and may not bind the Company, sign contracts for us, collect payments outside approved channels, or represent themselves as employees unless expressly authorized.
