Scope of services
Client services may include websites, apps, automation, AI setup, audits, content, brand assets, dashboards, integrations, consulting, strategy, technical implementation, SEO, media, telecom workflows, or other deliverables described in an order, proposal, invoice, or statement of work.
Deliverables
Deliverables are limited to items expressly listed in the accepted scope. Requests outside scope require a written change order, additional fee, or revised timeline.
Client materials
Client must provide accurate business details, legal text, brand assets, credentials, content, approvals, data, platform access, payment information, and timely feedback. Delays caused by missing client materials may extend timelines without reducing fees.
Approval and acceptance
Unless a signed agreement says otherwise, deliverables are accepted when delivered, deployed, made available for review, or not rejected with specific written defects within five business days.
No guaranteed results
We do not guarantee revenue, search rankings, traffic, lead volume, conversion rates, platform approvals, funding, investor response, carrier verification, payment processor approval, or business outcomes.
Third-party platforms
Client is responsible for third-party platform accounts, fees, policies, approvals, data, compliance, and access. We are not liable for actions by hosts, app stores, carriers, payment processors, ad networks, AI providers, domain registrars, or social platforms.
Ownership
Unless otherwise stated in writing, client receives a license or ownership of final paid deliverables expressly created for the client after full payment. Pre-existing tools, frameworks, templates, engines, methods, know-how, scripts, and internal systems remain Company property.
Portfolio rights
Unless prohibited by a signed NDA or written agreement, we may reference non-confidential work, public websites, logos, descriptions, and results in portfolios, case studies, proposals, and marketing.
