Where applicable, customer is the controller or business for customer personal data, and the Company acts as processor or service provider when processing personal data on customer’s documented instructions.
Processing instructions
We process customer personal data to provide, secure, support, analyze, debug, improve, and maintain the services, and as otherwise instructed by customer or required by law.
Confidentiality
Personnel and service providers with access to customer personal data are subject to confidentiality obligations or equivalent restrictions.
Subprocessors
We may use subprocessors for hosting, infrastructure, AI models, communications, payments, analytics, support, security, and operations. We remain responsible for subprocessors as required by applicable agreements.
Security measures
We maintain reasonable safeguards appropriate to the nature of services, which may include access controls, logging, encryption in transit where practical, backups, monitoring, segregation, and incident response processes.
Assistance
Taking into account the nature of processing and available information, we will provide reasonable assistance for data subject requests, security incidents, and compliance obligations where required and commercially practical.
Return or deletion
Upon termination, customer may request return or deletion of customer personal data subject to legal retention, backups, dispute records, security records, and operational constraints.
International transfers
Where required, international transfers will be handled through appropriate safeguards or contractual measures.
