Coordination role
Delivery, dispatch, routing, offline navigation, proof-of-delivery, and logistics tools may help coordinate activity but do not replace licensed carriers, driver judgment, safety obligations, insurance, permits, or legal compliance.
Driver and merchant responsibility
Drivers, contractors, merchants, and logistics partners are responsible for vehicle safety, licensing, insurance, road laws, cargo legality, package handling, delivery confirmation, customer communication, and safe operation.
Route data
Routes, maps, ETAs, geofences, sensor data, and delivery instructions may be inaccurate, outdated, incomplete, blocked, or unavailable. Users must obey road signs, laws, closures, and safety conditions over app instructions.
Proof of delivery
Photos, signatures, timestamps, location data, notes, scans, and confirmations may be used for operational proof but may not conclusively resolve all disputes. Fraud, technical errors, poor connectivity, or user error may affect records.
No emergency use
Logistics tools are not emergency dispatch, public safety, medical transport, law-enforcement, aviation, maritime, or life-critical systems.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for accidents, injuries, traffic violations, cargo loss, theft, vehicle damage, missed windows, unsafe stops, third-party carrier errors, or user failure to follow safety requirements.
Contact and legal notices
