Informal resolution first
Before filing a claim, you agree to send a written dispute notice to legal-skyes@solenterprises.org with your name, account, contact information, issue, requested relief, and supporting facts. The parties will attempt informal resolution for thirty days.
The in-house committee record, customer notice, transaction acceptance metadata, payment receipt, support record, evidence packet, and final decision are tracked through Legal Skyes and SovereignDocs where available. See In-House Arbitration and Dispute Committee.
In-house committee
Covered transaction disputes may be routed to an internal dispute committee before any external escalation. The committee may review evidence, request missing facts, check conflicts, record a recommendation, approve a support fix, recommend a refund within the published cap, or close the dispute record. The committee is an internal company review lane, not a court, law firm, neutral arbitration forum, arbitral award, or legal representation. Committee handling does not waive rights that cannot legally be waived.
Binding arbitration
Unless prohibited by law or opted out where allowed, disputes arising from the services or these terms may be resolved by binding individual arbitration rather than court, except for small claims court matters, IP enforcement, injunctive relief, collections, or claims that cannot legally be arbitrated. Any binding arbitration must use the signed agreement, applicable law, and any required neutral external forum or arbitrator rules. See External Arbitration Rules Boundary.
Class action waiver
To the fullest extent permitted by law, disputes must be brought only in an individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in a class, consolidated, collective, representative, or private attorney general action.
Venue
Where court action is permitted, the parties consent to courts located in Arizona, United States, unless a mandatory consumer law requires another forum.
Injunctive relief
Either party may seek injunctive or equitable relief to prevent unauthorized use of IP, data misuse, security harm, confidentiality breaches, or service abuse.
Attorney fees
The prevailing party in a collection, IP, confidentiality, or terms-enforcement action may recover reasonable costs and attorney fees where allowed.
Nothing in these terms prohibits truthful lawful reviews, good-faith consumer reports, regulator reports, law-enforcement reports, small-claims filings where available, payment-network rights, or other rights that cannot legally be waived.
Contact and legal notices
Questions, legal notices, privacy requests, intellectual-property notices, and support requests may be sent to legal-skyes@solenterprises.org. Include the applicable service, account, order, URL, content, and facts needed to investigate.
