Order documents
Enterprise services are governed by a signed order form, statement of work, proposal, invoice, purchase order accepted by us, or master services agreement.
Priority
Signed enterprise documents control over website terms for the specific enterprise engagement if there is a conflict.
Confidentiality
Each party may receive confidential information and must use reasonable care to protect it, use it only for the business relationship, and restrict disclosure to personnel and providers with a need to know.
Implementation dependencies
Customer must provide timely access, credentials, data, DNS, provider accounts, technical contacts, approvals, legal reviews, and business decisions needed for implementation.
Change control
Changes to scope, timelines, deliverables, integrations, provider costs, infrastructure, compliance posture, or user volume may require a change order and additional fees.
Risk allocation
Enterprise pricing reflects the risk allocation in these terms. Customer-specific indemnities, unlimited liability, regulated commitments, security addenda, or custom warranties require signed approval and adjusted pricing.
Audit and proof artifacts
Proof artifacts, smoke tests, logs, reports, valuations, or status documents are operational evidence, not guarantees of legal compliance, revenue, investor outcome, platform approval, or uninterrupted service.
Contact and legal notices
Questions, legal notices, privacy requests, intellectual-property notices, and support requests may be sent to grayskyes@solenterprises.org. Include the applicable service, account, order, URL, content, and facts needed to investigate.
