Scope
These terms apply to commerce, marketplace, storefront, booking, catalog, inventory, checkout, returns, promotions, fulfillment, seller, vendor, and customer transaction features.
Seller responsibility
Sellers are responsible for product legality, descriptions, pricing, taxes, inventory, fulfillment, warranties, safety, labeling, licenses, claims, customer support, returns, and compliance with laws and platform policies.
Buyer responsibility
Buyers are responsible for providing accurate account, shipping, delivery, payment, and order information. Orders may be cancelled for suspected fraud, inventory issues, legal restrictions, payment failure, or policy violations.
Prohibited products
No illegal, counterfeit, stolen, hazardous, infringing, age-restricted, regulated, recalled, unsafe, deceptive, or unauthorized goods or services may be listed without documented permission and platform approval.
Payments and payouts
Payments, escrow, payouts, reserves, chargebacks, disputes, fraud holds, processor fees, and tax reporting may be handled by third-party processors and are subject to processor terms.
Returns and refunds
Return, refund, cancellation, and warranty rules may vary by seller, product, service, jurisdiction, and checkout disclosure. Digital goods, custom work, services, and completed fulfillment may be non-refundable unless required by law.
No transaction guarantee
We do not guarantee sales, buyer quality, product demand, payment approval, shipment timing, route availability, customer satisfaction, or third-party fulfillment performance.
