Access rights
During the active subscription term, we grant customers a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access the SaaS services for internal business purposes and authorized customer-facing workflows.
Plans and limits
Plans may include usage limits, seats, AI credits, message volume, storage, projects, integrations, workspaces, automations, or support tiers. Excess usage may be throttled, billed, blocked, or require plan upgrades.
Customer content
Customers retain ownership of customer content. Customers grant us the rights needed to host, process, transmit, display, analyze, transform, and secure content to provide the services.
Integrations
Third-party integrations are subject to third-party terms and availability. We are not responsible for third-party outages, API changes, pricing changes, rejected messages, account suspensions, lost tokens, or provider policy enforcement.
Beta and experimental features
Beta, preview, lab, early access, and experimental features may be unstable, incomplete, changed, suspended, or removed. They are provided without service-level commitments unless stated in writing.
Suspension
We may suspend access for nonpayment, security risk, legal risk, abusive activity, provider policy violations, excessive usage, chargeback abuse, or threats to service integrity.
Data export
Where technically available and commercially reasonable, customers may export customer content before termination. We may delete or archive inactive data according to retention policies.
Contact and legal notices
Questions, legal notices, privacy requests, intellectual-property notices, and support requests may be sent to grayskyes@solenterprises.org. Include the applicable service, account, order, URL, content, and facts needed to investigate.
