Renewal
Subscriptions automatically renew at the interval selected unless cancelled before renewal through the available account controls or by written support request where account controls are unavailable.
Cancellation timing
Cancellation prevents future renewal. It does not erase unpaid invoices, usage fees, existing obligations, or charges already incurred.
Downgrades
Downgrades may reduce features, seats, limits, storage, automations, integrations, support, and available history. Customer is responsible for exporting data before downgrading if features may be lost.
AI and communication credits
Credits may expire, be plan-specific, be non-transferable, and be usable only for eligible services. Credits have no cash value unless required by law.
Account closure
After termination or cancellation, we may retain, archive, or delete account data according to legal, backup, security, dispute, and operational retention needs.
Enterprise plans
Enterprise, implementation, agency, white-label, or custom plans may be governed by separate signed terms and may have minimum commitments.
