Creator content
Creators, artists, media representatives, and users retain ownership of eligible content they upload, subject to licenses granted to operate, promote, distribute, display, stream, package, sell, and support the content through the services.
Rights required
You must own or have all rights, releases, samples, publishing rights, performance rights, synchronization rights, artwork rights, likeness rights, trademark rights, and permissions needed for content you upload or monetize.
Payout eligibility
Payouts may require account verification, tax forms, fraud screening, minimum thresholds, completion of onboarding, active account status, and absence of unresolved disputes or infringement claims.
Content moderation
We may remove, restrict, demonetize, delist, or disable content that appears illegal, infringing, abusive, deceptive, unsafe, low-quality, fraudulent, or inconsistent with platform standards.
No promotion guarantee
We do not guarantee streams, downloads, sales, playlist placement, rankings, audience growth, sponsorship, press coverage, or income.
Name and likeness
You grant us permission to use public-facing names, usernames, logos, artwork, previews, descriptions, snippets, and likenesses you provide to operate and promote the platform unless a signed agreement says otherwise.
