What this covers
SkyeMusicNexus is the music and artist operations lane inside the MetrAIyux 0S ecosystem. It can help an artist start a profile, upload songs and media, build storefronts and artist pages, prepare release drops, collect rights notes, track payout readiness, seed an artist-brain memory layer, and package reviewed material for publishing workflows.
This page is meant to reduce confusion before artists submit information. It does not make Skyes Over London LC a record label, publisher, distributor, licensing administrator, royalty collector, accountant, tax adviser, or law firm by default. Any role like that needs a separate written agreement or provider lane that says so clearly.

- Artist storefronts - public artist pages and generated storefront surfaces.

Information collected
Artist intake may collect or connect artist name, legal or payee name where needed for paperwork, email, phone, Skye ID, SkyEmail, profile photo, logos, artwork, bio, genre tags, social links, music files, stems, cover art, videos, lyrics, release titles, credits, collaborators, split notes, product/store details, audience notes, campaign goals, pricing, order intent data, rights attestations, takedown contact details, payout paperwork status, tax/payment readiness, owner review state, support messages, gate/session records, and audit receipts.
Artist-brain and memory features may store operational notes such as artist voice, release plans, content ideas, audience direction, campaign tasks, storefront context, upload/release history, proof receipts, and review decisions. These records are for operating the artist lane and should be corrected or removed when they are wrong or no longer authorized for the service.
How information is used
Submitted information may be used to create or update artist profiles, generated artist websites, press kit copy, release pages, private delivery pages, storefronts, product listings, social or PR drafts, drop pages, media handoff notes, SkyePay payout review records, rights vault entries, artist-brain memory, support logs, fraud/security checks, and SkyeNet publishing packages.
Music Nexus may transform artist-provided material into public copy, previews, thumbnails, metadata, catalog cards, storefront content, release notes, pitch language, and operational checklists. The artist remains responsible for the truthfulness of claims and the rights status of submitted content. Public publishing should stay behind review when real audio, cover art, likeness, samples, credits, or distribution claims are involved.
Consent and control
Artists should only submit information and content they are comfortable having used for the requested Music Nexus workflow. By submitting artist materials, an artist gives Skyes Over London LC the limited permission needed to host, process, preview, display, package, transform, support, promote, and publish that material for the artist lane, unless a signed agreement says something different.
Artists can ask for corrections, pause requests, removal, takedown review, or account/support review by contacting legal-skyes@solenterprises.org. Some records may need to be retained for fraud prevention, dispute handling, payment, chargeback, tax, audit, security, rights review, or legal notice reasons.
Rights, splits, payouts
Artists must own or have written permission for masters, compositions, samples, interpolations, beats, artwork, photos, videos, likenesses, trademarks, names, logos, and any other content they submit. If there are collaborators, producers, featured artists, publishers, managers, labels, distributors, or other payees, split and credit information should be documented before money, publishing, or release decisions are treated as final.
No payout, royalty share, referral payout, revenue share, ownership transfer, distribution authority, publishing authority, or license grant should be assumed from a form alone. SkyePay and storefront payouts can stay on hold until onboarding, contractor/vendor, tax/payment, rights, split, dispute, chargeback, fraud, and owner-approval checks are complete. Processor fees, refunds, chargebacks, reserves, thresholds, and taxes may affect payout timing and amounts.
Rights holds and takedowns
Music Nexus can place a rights hold, playback hold, delisting, publishing block, payout hold, or manual review state when a rights issue, takedown request, ownership conflict, suspicious upload, missing paperwork, or dispute appears. A hold is not a final legal judgment; it is an operational safety control while the issue is reviewed.
Rights and IP complaints should include the artist, release, URL, content, ownership facts, contact information, and the requested action. Copyright, trademark, likeness, and counter-notice routing also connects to the DMCA, Intellectual Property, and Takedown Policy.
SkyeNet publish review
SkyeNet artist publishing is a review-and-handoff workflow. Before an artist page, storefront, drop, press kit, social post, or release package is treated as ready to publish, the lane should confirm the artist identity, content ownership, rights attestations, required licenses, release metadata, split/payout notes, public claims, media quality, and owner or artist approval state.
SkyeNet packages may prepare files, metadata, receipts, copy, and publish intent for downstream platforms or internal surfaces. They do not guarantee DSP acceptance, playlist placement, audience growth, public-relations coverage, sales, streams, payouts, legal clearance, or third-party provider availability.
Contact and legal notices
Questions, legal notices, rights disputes, artist corrections, takedown requests, privacy requests, payout paperwork questions, and Music Nexus support issues may be sent to legal-skyes@solenterprises.org. Include the artist name, Skye ID if available, Music Nexus route, release or storefront URL, relevant content, and facts needed to investigate.
