Scope
These MetrAIyux 0S Platform Terms apply to the 0S operating system and the public, private, gated, mounted, generated, deployed, mirrored, vault-backed, AI-assisted, commerce-enabled, and client-service surfaces operated by Skyes Over London LC under the MetrAIyux 0S ecosystem. They supplement the Master Terms, Privacy Policy, AI Product Terms, and any signed order, statement of work, license, workspace agreement, or platform-specific policy. This page is designed to reduce ambiguity and publish operating rules; it does not guarantee that no person can file a claim, and it is not a substitute for attorney review.
Platform lanes
The 0S may include or route to MetrAIyux 0S, FS27, SkyGate, Free99, NorthStar SignInPro, SkyeVault, SkyeDrive, SkySecure, SkyePay, Company Knowledge, brain and neural-map systems, QuantumSkyes MCP, MetrAIyux marketing surfaces, Valley Verified, Client App Factory, SovereignDocs, Marketing Made Easy, SkyeMusicNexus, SkyeRouteX, SkyEmail, Agentic Growth Layer, Merser, LegalSkyes, internal proof vaults, deployment ledgers, and other named or future platform lanes. A lane can be live, experimental, preview, internal, client-specific, public-read, owner-gated, or retired. Access to any one lane does not grant access to another lane.
AI operators
The 0S uses AI operators, local brains, generated notes, code agents, automation runners, routing logic, analysis tools, proof scripts, content systems, and model-assisted workflows. AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, biased, unsafe, or unsuitable for legal, financial, medical, employment, housing, credit, insurance, child-directed, public-safety, or other high-risk decisions without human review. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them, publishing them, sending them, deploying them, or using them with customers.
Client workspaces
Client rooms, Valley Verified profiles, onboarding packets, app-build pages, generated packages, legal-review lanes, SkyeDocxMax returns, MCP-generated artifacts, proof receipts, handoffs, previews, and workspace dashboards are operational tools. Unless a signed agreement says otherwise, they are not promises of a finished product, guaranteed ranking, guaranteed revenue, guaranteed approval, guaranteed legal compliance, guaranteed payment recovery, or guaranteed marketplace performance. Client-supplied names, logos, copy, files, prompts, offers, prices, lists, and business facts remain the client's responsibility.
Vaults, downloads, and backups
SkyeVault, SkyeDrive, SkySecure, restore kits, ZIP packages, encrypted bundles, receipts, manifests, proof videos, screenshots, and download links are custody and delivery tools. Users must keep their own backups of critical files and verify downloaded archives before deleting source material. Encryption, signed URLs, receipts, and restore proofs reduce risk but do not eliminate loss, corruption, provider outage, bandwidth failure, user error, device failure, expired links, mistaken deletion, or unauthorized access caused by exposed credentials.
SkyeVault repo rescue and sKache proof
ShYT may crash, but Skye keeps the sKache. No perfect-tech promises. Just proof receipts, recovery prompts, checkpoints, and rollback-aware workflows built to keep your last clean move from disappearing. ShYT happens, and noo tech is perfect, so despite extreme stress testing and live testing with the owner's own codebase, Skyes Over London does not guarantee uninterrupted backup, exact recovery windows, complete restoration, provider uptime, or prevention of data loss.
The SkyeVault repo-rescue agent is a local-machine or Codespace helper that can scan Git state, dirty files, untracked source, local-only critical files, and secret-like source state, then stream encrypted source-custody artifacts to the SkyeVault/R2 recovery lane. The live 0S and SkyeVault web surfaces coordinate proof, receipts, vault access, notifications, and unlock flows, but a remote website or Worker cannot read files from a stopped or destroyed local workspace by itself.
Proof and recovery surfaces: SkyeVault agent install, SkyeVault repo vault, Owner-gated 0S autosync proof, SkyeVault drive recovery, SkyeSecure unlock surface, and SkyeVault Command Center.
Payments, commerce, and subscriptions
0S commerce, SkyePay, Stripe Checkout, SaaS subscriptions, client setup fees, marketplaces, booking flows, fulfillment lanes, revenue-share systems, affiliate flows, artist referral flows, SkyeMusicNexus artist-management lanes, Media Over London creative routing, and paid access surfaces are subject to the applicable checkout disclosures, order terms, payment processor terms, Payment, Refund, and Chargeback Policy, Subscription and Cancellation Terms, and Marketplace and Commerce Terms. Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing, tax, delivery, order, business, artist-rights, media-rights, and account information.
Artist-management, campaign, and content-engine services do not transfer music ownership, distribution authority, royalty collection, or licensing rights unless a separate signed agreement expressly says so. SkyePay discounts, SkyeMerit, and referral payouts remain subject to gate ownership, owner approval, processor minimums, clawbacks, and published guardrails.
Communications
SMS, email, calls, notifications, gate messages, carrier verification flows, support replies, platform alerts, and AI-assisted communications may be used for operations, security, service delivery, customer support, opted-in marketing, onboarding, and compliance. SMS and carrier-facing notices are governed by the SMS, Calls, and Communications Policy and the Twilio SMS Consent and 0S Data Notice. Users must not upload, buy, scrape, or message unlawful contact lists through the 0S.
Third-party providers
The 0S may depend on Cloudflare, GitHub, Stripe, Twilio, Zoho, Netlify, npm, OpenAI or other model providers, browser vendors, email providers, storage providers, payment processors, analytics tools, domain registrars, and customer-authorized integrations. Third-party outages, pricing changes, API changes, policy enforcement, account suspensions, rate limits, rejected messages, model changes, browser changes, or provider security events may affect the services. Provider terms apply where relevant.
Beta, experimental, and production risk
The 0S contains live production systems and fast-moving experimental lanes. Proof receipts, browser checks, deployment ledgers, screenshots, smoke tests, stress tests, and handoffs show observed behavior at a point in time, not a permanent warranty. Beta, preview, generated, internal, test, or proof-only features may change, break, be removed, produce temporary artifacts, or require operator intervention. Do not use experimental lanes for regulated or mission-critical work without a signed production agreement and written approval.
Customer responsibilities
You are responsible for your data, claims, offers, products, services, customers, contractors, workers, routes, files, media, credentials, contact lists, consent records, licenses, tax obligations, employment or contractor compliance, privacy notices, regulated-industry obligations, and instructions to the 0S. You must not use the 0S to commit fraud, spam, harassment, infringement, credential theft, unauthorized surveillance, evasion, scraping, malware distribution, deceptive marketing, unlawful discrimination, child exploitation, or other illegal or abusive conduct.
Disclaimers and liability
Except where a signed written agreement states otherwise, the 0S and related services are provided as is and as available. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, exact outputs, legal compliance for your use case, revenue, rankings, approvals, deliverability, carrier acceptance, provider uptime, file recovery, marketplace sales, customer conversion, error-free AI output, or uninterrupted access to gated rooms. Liability limits, indemnification, dispute routing, and arbitration terms in the Master Terms and related policies apply to 0S use.
Contact and legal notices
Questions, legal notices, privacy requests, intellectual-property notices, and support requests may be sent to legal-skyes@solenterprises.org. Include the applicable 0S lane, account, workspace, order, URL, receipt, content, and facts needed to investigate.
